About Hank Hangs
Hank Hangs is an experiment developed by Alex Rich to help friends coordinate dog park visits for maximum canine energy dissipation and fun. If this makes the dog park experience worse or it gets weird for folks, I'll take it down.
Your privacy
- Only what you enter. The site doesn't collect personal data beyond what you type in: your dogs' names and the times you'll be at the park.
- No history. Each visit is permanently deleted as soon as its end time passes. Nothing is kept once a visit is over.
- Anonymous feedback. Thumbs up and thumbs down votes are only added to a running count. The site doesn't record who voted or when.
- No tracking cookies. The site uses just two small cookies: one remembers that you've logged in, and one is a random ID that highlights the visits you add from this browser. Anyone who enters a visit's dog name can change or remove that visit.
- This is an all-volunteer effort with no commercial application or intent.
